Yes, all samples are offered freely, just the freight cost is on your account.
2.What is the normal lead time?
. stock goods will be sent to you 3~5 days after receiving your payment.
. small order can be added to large orders, normally 20 days.
. large quantity around 30 days.
. longer time, if other extra processing needed, like silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver printing, as well as frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating and label sticker etc.
3. How to solve damaged caps?
they will be added in your next order or will sent as you required.
4. What's the shipping terms?
. for small order or samples, can go by International Express Company, like EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS so on.
. for large order normally by sea shipping.
